COLOR CODED & TEAM SORTED CHECKLIST LINKED HERE!
Here is some info on one of the other sets being released in the last hour of December for the 2024-25 UCC line - UCC Merlin. As always, the checklists provided by us have been edited to deliver a more clear and coherent breakdown - because of this, it is possible that some mistakes were made in the creation of GG Checklists. Use with discretion.
Hobby Layout: 12 Boxes Per Case - 1 Autograph, 3 #'ed, Per Box
Release Day: 19 December 2025
Case Hits - this year UCC Merlin brings back Renaissance as their case hit inserts (which come in base, red #/5, and Super 1/1's). However for the first time ever, there is a also a Renaissance Stained Glass thrown into the mix which has not been revealed yet - so it should be a nice surprise to see how those turn out, once we get to rip this stuff on December 19th!
Renaissance & Stained Glass could also be replaced by a new addition: "The Shiny" - that one we did get a sneak peek of:
Onto the bigger news: for the first time ever UCC Merlin gets DELIGHT SKU!
Delight Layout: 6 Boxes Per Case - 2 Autographs, 4 #'ed, Per Box
It looks like the Delight SKU will be very similar to the UCC Chrome Delight configuration - giving 2 autos per box with 1 of them being a Mojo Autograph (which is a Delight exclusive, similarly to UCC Chrome's Geometric Autos). Pictured is a Leo Red Mojo auto - again only available in the Delight version
Delight also has an exclusive Mojo base parallel which falls 1 per box and only comes in Gold /50, Black /10, and a Red /5 parallel. As for the case hits, Delight guarantees 1 European Knights per case! Which is a similar pattern as what UCC Chrome had with the Global Attraction set - here is a pic of Ronaldinho!
For the first time ever - we also will see a new design on our Marks of Excellence Autos! Here are some pics of the ones that got displayed by topps a couple weeks ago and will all be in the new Merlin!
Also featured in the checklist are Match Ball Autos which will fall 1 per case in Hobby - and they also come in Dual Autos, which will be interesting to see if they are redemptions like they were last year.
